Project Management

ProActive offers project management services in the roles of owner’s representative and project/construction manager to clients operating cleanrooms, laboratories, or other controlled environments. Our project management staff has extensive experience in facilities project management and, while specializing in project management for industrial and corporate facilities, can support facilities projects of any size. We provide program management, budget preparation, scope development, schedule preparation, project controls, bid solicitation, construction management, and closeout. Our services can take the form of a full-time, outsourced solution to support a sustaining role, or they can be provided as a managed service to support single projects or engagements.

ProActive strives to execute projects with minimal to no impact on existing facilities operations and provides project management that is responsive, flexible, attentive, and accountable. Our services are also scalable so that we have the best possible chance of meeting the cost and schedule requirements of any client.
