- Equipment Receipt. Track equipment as it’s delivered. Then unpack it and prepare it for imaging.
- Loading and Testing. Create builds with a core OS image. Provision applications. Then attach and configure the appropriate peripherals.
- Deployment and Quality Control. Install computers and peripheral equipment. Connect power and network cables. Check that all equipment is assembled correctly and deployed in the proper location. Then test to assure that everything is running right.
- Cable Management. Ensure that cabling is done properly, looks good and is ready for the client to use.
- Disposal of Old Equipment. Sell equipment that’s being replaced so clients can recoup some of current investment.
