Resolve Technical Issues Quickly and Painlessly

ProActive offers a complete on-site desktop support program that quickly and efficiently troubleshoots and resolves technical problems. These can include:

  • OS and application issues
  • Printing problems
  • Hardware issues with desktop computers, printers and fax machines
  • Computer viruses

We can handle this support in one of two ways: in-place or through an on-site depot. For in-place support, users initiate a trouble ticket through a call center and we dispatch a ProActive desktop engineer to work on the equipment at the user’s workstation. With an on-side depot, users drop off their equipment at a location conveniently located on your campus.

Reporting and Tracking

Trouble tickets are essential to knowing what the issue is and what’s been done to resolve it. ProActive can use any proprietary or third-party trouble ticketing system you have in place. If you don’t have one, we can create one for you. Once we’ve resolved or escalated the issue, we’ll provide you with a completed trouble ticket that contains the steps taken and the results.
