DeeDee Towery - President and CEO 2005 East Bay Business Times Women of Distinction award recipient, DeeDee Towery has been in the computer industry for over 18 years with extensive experience managing technology departments for companies ranging from hardware manufacturers to public utility plants. DeeDee works closely with her clients to custom-tailor solutions for complex business problems, incorporating her personal touch and passion to ensure the utmost quality of service. Prior to founding ProActive Business Solutions, DeeDee developed technical programs for companies including Compaq, Applied Materials, PG&E, Southern California Edison, Levi Strauss, Gap, Wells Fargo, Visa and Raychem. Additionally, her international background includes opening field sales and support centers in Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea, and Singapore. DeeDee graduated Summa Cum Laude from UC Berkeley and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
	Don Angelo - Director of Field Operations Don Angelo brings over 25 years experience in technology services to ProActive Business Solutions. Don oversees ProActive's onsite projects and customer support. Prior to joining ProActive, Don spent 11 years at Varian Associates Semiconductor Division in various positions where he was a two time winner of the Varian Employee of the Year award. While a Field Service and National Logistics Manager at Electroglass, Don improved a number of key business factors including dramatic changes in response time and operational costs. Don also served as a Director for Mattson Technology and a Support Manager for Legato Systems. Don has served as a member of Association of Field Service Managers International (AFSMI) and National Association of Service Managers (NASM). Don holds an Electronic Engineering Degree and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Business Management Institute Service Executive Program.
	Bill Riley - Director of IT Bill Riley brings over 10 years of experience in the computer industry to ProActive Business Solutions. He has worked across many areas of IT operations, management, and development. In the past Bill has worked for a number of large financial and telecommunications institutions, holding various positions from Network Systems Engineer and Network Systems Consultant to Manager of Transaction Processing Support and VP in charge of Technology Operations. Some of his past clients include Rolls Royce, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, The Port of Oakland, and Amtrak. Bill supervises a staff of over 50 technicians nationally for ProActive's technical move and install services, in addition to providing the technical co-ordination and leadership on large projects. With an education in System Administration, Computer Science, and Business Administration, Bill provides expert support, research and recommendation on technologies, systems, technical procedures, and priorities.
	Fred West - Project & Account Manager Fred West brings over 17 years of experience and leadership to ProActive Business Solutions. His high energy level and enthusiasm for his work have given him the opportunity to lead successful projects in a variety of industries, including law, banking, retail and construction. Fred's Project Management and Facilities Management expertise have shaped our long-standing business with key ProActive clients such as WitSoundview, E*Offering, Applied Materials and Thomas Weisel Partners. A host of well-known national companies, many of them ProActive clients, have placed their trust and confidence in Fred's abilities and the quality of the work he produces.
